The intent of Secure Tactical Events sponsoring this show is to provide a completely safe and legal form to exhibit firearms and other merchandise for display or sale, and our rules for the conduct of the show reflect that intent.

All exhibitors that display at our shows must abide by all safety practices and/or rules written below as well as those set forth by industry standards and common sense.  Also, all exhibitors are responsible for their employees, associates, guests, and customers.

The Events Director may ask violators to leave the show without negotiation, recourse, or refund of any monies or deposits made. Please help us to continue sponsoring safe and legal gun shows.

Gun Safety Rules must be followed at all times:

• NO LOADED GUNS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, displayed or carried, including Concealed Handgun License holders.
• ALL displayed firearms must be rendered inoperable by security straps or removal of the bolt prior to the show and remain secured during the show.  If it is necessary for the security strap to be removed to demonstrate the action of the firearm, the firearm must be inspected before and after demonstration of the action, the strap must then be replaced immediately, WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
• NO exhibitor may deliver a firearm to any buyer without a security strap.
• ALL firearms brought to the show by the public will be inspected and secured by the show staff prior to being admitted to the show. However, if you notice a firearm that is not secured with a strap in the show, PLEASE inspect and replace the security strap, or report it to the show staff immediately.
• NO LOOSE AMMUNITION may be displayed, handled, or carried.  All ammunition must be sealed in a box or bag.
• NO LOADED MAGAZINES.
• THE USE OF ALCOHOL OR DRUGS IN NOT PERMITTED.
• Exhibitors are responsible for the security of the items they display.  Tables must be manned during show hours.
• ALL exhibitors must sign a Release and Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Agreement.  IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT ALL EXHIBITORS PROVIDE LIABILITY INSURANCE TO COVER ANY LOSSES THAT MAY OCCUR.
